From Jo Malone’s Veggie Patch to Dior’s Beach Club, the Best Wellness Pop-Ups of Summer 2026

Share

Luxury brands have stopped selling products and started staging the feeling of slowing down. From Seoul to Saint-Tropez, here are the best wellness pop-ups worth planning a summer around.

The Princess of Wales has worn the same Jo Malone London fragrance for years. Orange Blossom is the scent she chose for her wedding day, with the candle version burning through the ceremony. It is a small, human detail, and it reveals how a bottle of cologne becomes so much more — something you reach for to steady an ordinary morning. This summer, the house behind that scent is betting the ritual can be built at full scale and walked through.

In Seoul’s Hannam district, Jo Malone London has turned its limited-edition Veggies Collection into an immersive pop-up where visitors move through scent zones, complete stamp missions, and layer colognes made from beetroot, butternut, and carrot blossom. It is one of dozens of activations this season in which brands have swapped the hard sell for something softer, staging the sensation of calm and inviting shoppers to linger inside it.

Retail strategist Kate Hardcastle has a name for the wider shift. Writing for Forbes, she describes brands “embedding themselves into the places consumers already dream of being,” a model in which “wellbeing now carries the same cultural currency as heritage fashion.” From the French Riviera to a bluff in Montauk to a walled garden in Kensington, the summer’s most talked-about brand moments have less to do with what you can carry home and more to do with how you feel while you are there. The product, increasingly, is the afternoon. And at the season’s glossiest end, a wave of Mediterranean beach-club takeovers from Dior, Gucci, Missoni, Dolce & Gabbana, and Burberry skips the wellness vocabulary of stamp missions and cold plunges altogether, in favor of something simpler and older: good old-fashioned relaxing.

The best wellness pop-ups and brand activations of summer 2026

Spanning Swiss facials above the Atlantic, a somatic workout in a Montauk field, and fragrance gardens on both sides of the world, these are the wellbeing-focused residencies defining the season.

Jo Malone London Veggies Collection, Seoul

The house’s Hannam pop-up reframes fragrance as something to move through rather than sniff. Inspired by the British allotment tradition, the limited-edition collection turns Scarlet Beetroot, Velvety Butternut, and Carrot Blossom into fresh, earthy colognes, and the space wraps them in game zones, layering stations, selfie moments, and a lucky draw. The colognes launched June 19; check locally for the pop-up’s dates.

Dior Spa at Cheval Blanc Paris

On two limited windows this season, June 2 through 7 and again September 22 through 27, the House of Dior stages a special wellness residency at its spa inside Cheval Blanc Paris, the Left Bank palace above the Seine. Treatments unfold across six suites, each dressed in a different facet of the House, where the spa’s Beauty Artisans pair signature manual techniques such as the Dior Tissue Massage with a holistic read of a guest’s physical and emotional state.

Dior Dioriviera at Il Riccio, Capri

For the fifth consecutive summer, Dior’s Toile de Jouy spills across the Mediterranean terrace of Il Riccio, the beach club set among Anacapri’s rocks. A full-scale gozzo, the traditional Italian fishing boat, extends the Dioriviera capsule onto the turquoise water below.

Burberry at One&Only Aesthesis, Greece

Through the end of October, Burberry carries the best of British to the Athenian Riviera with a pop-up at One&Only Aesthesis, where an exclusive blue colorway of its House Check runs across loungers, umbrellas, golf buggies, and bicycles, and even the tennis and padel courts wear the brand. An ice cream cart completes the scene.

Gucci at La Rose des Vents, Monaco

From May through October, Gucci marks 60 years of its Flora motif, first designed for Princess Grace of Monaco, by dressing the loungers and umbrellas of La Rose des Vents on Monte-Carlo’s Larvotto Beach. It is heritage and place reinforcing one another on the sand.

Jacquemus at Mandarin Oriental, Bodrum

Through October, Jacquemus takes over the Blue Beach at the Mandarin Oriental, Bodrum with its signature black-and-white striped loungers and towels, a spare, graphic minimalism engineered, like everything the house does, to be photographed and shared.

Missoni at OKU Ibiza

Back for a second summer, Missoni dresses the 50-metre pool at OKU Ibiza in sunbeds, towels, and sofas rendered in deep blue, ocean turquoise, and emerald, each shade chosen to echo the island’s seascape.

Dolce & Gabbana at Cala di Volpe, Sardinia

This summer the house wraps Cala di Volpe, a Luxury Collection hotel on the Costa Smeralda, in its sun-yellow Maiolica Gialla print, with hand-painted vases, decorated cabanas, and a pop-up boutique of seasonal exclusives.

Diptyque Water Counter, London

From June 18 through August 31, the fragrance Maison’s ephemeral space at 107 New Bond Street becomes a summer water garden, complete with a counter serving infused waters created by the culinary duo The Social Food. Tied to the brand’s water-themed seasonal collection, it is an interlude built around refreshment and stillness.

La Prairie at Gurney’s Montauk

From June 15 through September 11, the Swiss skincare house takes over two ocean-view rooms at Gurney’s Seawater Spa, offering signature facials rooted in its cellular science. New this year, La Prairie has added full-body treatments to the residency for the first time, deepening a shift the whole category is making, from beauty counter to seasonal sanctuary with a view.

Alo Yoga, Cannes and Saint-Tropez

After a May 12 through June 14 takeover of the Hôtel Martinez pier timed to the Cannes Film Festival, Alo has carried its Riviera “summer of wellness” to a month-long residency at GiGi Saint-Tropez, pairing sunrise yoga, recovery treatments, and mindful movement with premium retail.

Bodyism at Templeton Garden, London

From June through September, luxury wellness group Bodyism joins the Kensington townhouse hotel’s garden for Saturday-morning open-air yoga and pilates, led by its trainers and followed by brunch at the hotel’s neighborhood restaurant, Pippin’s.

Elemis Floating Wellness Cabana, Montauk

From May 21 through October 31, British skincare house Elemis operates a floating treatment room moored on Lake Montauk at the Montauk Yacht Club, where the gentle motion of the water is part of the therapy. The menu runs from signature facials to deep-tissue massage and body treatments.

Bryant Park Yoga, New York

From May 27 through September 16, presented by the activewear brand Halara, Bryant Park’s free yoga series returns to Midtown Manhattan, with Tuesday-morning classes on the Upper Terrace and Wednesday evenings on the lawn. Mats are provided and the sessions cost nothing.
