Terms and Conditions of Sale
By proceeding with the purchase of the Ethos curated flash sale box (the “Product”), you (“Customer”) agree to the following terms and conditions:
- Final Sale
All sales are final. No refunds, returns, or exchanges will be permitted under any circumstances, including but not limited to dissatisfaction with the contents, change of mind, or delayed shipment. - Limited Quantities and Substitutions
The Product is offered in limited quantities and is subject to availability. In the event that an advertised item is unavailable, Seller reserves the right to substitute an item of equal or greater value without prior notice. - Damaged or Defective Goods
Should any item in the Product arrive damaged or defective, Customer must notify Seller in writing within seven (7) calendar days of delivery, including photographic evidence and a description of the issue. Seller will coordinate with the third-party brand responsible for the damaged item. Resolution, including replacement or other remedy, is not guaranteed and is subject to the individual policies of the brand in question. - Shipping and Delivery
Customer is responsible for providing accurate shipping information at the time of purchase. Seller is not liable for delivery delays, misdeliveries, or loss resulting from incorrect or incomplete address details or carrier-related issues beyond Seller’s control. - No Warranty
All items are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. - Acceptance of Terms
By purchasing the Product, Customer acknowledges and agrees to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety.
