Lush’s Clean Disco Ball Bath Bomb Arrives Just in Time for Harry Styles’ New Album

Lush just dropped a disco ball bath bomb timed — unofficially — to Harry Styles’ new album release. Here’s everything to know about Bathe All The Time.

Lush has never been shy about a theatrical bath moment, and its latest U.K.-exclusive release leans all the way in. The British brand just dropped Bathe All The Time — a limited-edition bath bomb molded in the shape of a disco ball — and its arrival is no coincidence. Harry Styles released his long-awaited fourth studio album, “Kiss All The Time. Disco, Occasionally.,” today, March 6. Lush’s launch is not officially affiliated with the record, but the timing is the kind of wink that doesn’t need a caption.

The bath bomb itself is designed to deliver what Lush describes as a “mood-boosting, sparkling one-person after-party.” Drop it into warm water and it fizzes into swirling color, releasing plastic-free glitter that turns an ordinary Tuesday bath into something considerably more festive. Lemon myrtle and grapefruit oil lift the mood on contact, while ylang ylang oil threads in something warmer and more complex — it’s long been recognized for its calming, anxiety-reducing, and yes, aphrodisiac properties.

Styles, who is also the founder of beauty brand Pleasing, spent time in Berlin ahead of the album’s creation, absorbing the city’s music and nightlife. “I spent a lot of time in Berlin last year and I was meeting a lot of fun and interesting people and hearing a lot of different kinds of music. And I kind of just started feeling how that was influencing the music I was making,” Styles told Capital Breakfast. The result is a 12-track, Kid Harpoon-produced record that has critics reaching for superlatives. Lush, for its part, seems to be soundtracking the listening experience with a bath bomb.

Lush Club members get first access and can pre-order Bathe All The Time on the Lush app starting today, March 6. It opens to all other app users and on lush.com from March 9, while stocks last — which, given the moment, may not be long.
